Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on alnasar888 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — for any purpose, including the exploitation of welcome bonuses or other promotions, is strictly prohibited. alnasar888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any associated funds.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, alnasar888 requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This typically involves submission of a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport; proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months); and a self-photograph holding the identity document. You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All MYR amounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Players who create multiple Accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all duplicate Accounts terminated and associated funds confiscated.

alnasar888's tiered Loyalty Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) rewards ongoing player activity with points, cashback, and other benefits. Points are earned based on eligible real-money wagers and are non-transferable between Accounts. Points and tier status have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. All bets placed on the alnasar888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, esports), as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game or bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. alnasar888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure during the placement or settlement of a bet, alnasar888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the User's Account.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, alnasar888 shall not be liable for:

• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures beyond alnasar888's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data feed failures or sporting body decisions;
• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses resulting from the User's reliance on inaccurate third-party information regarding odds, results, or market availability;
• Any loss arising from a User's breach of these Terms.

In all cases, alnasar888's aggregate maximum liability to any User for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to alnasar888 in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting alnasar888 Support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets must be resolved and any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed. Withdrawable funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method following KYC verification.

alnasar888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold, void, or confiscate any associated funds, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to an independent third-party dispute resolution service as designated by alnasar888's operating licence. alnasar888's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and terms interpretation are final unless overturned through formal dispute resolution.

alnasar888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
